For the Cocktail Base: Pour all the spirits and syrup into one large bottle, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it , ideally through a fine cloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into your cocktail shaker containing ice, gently stirring lightly for a minute until cold. Pour into a cold coupe glass or similar, garnish with a few cranberries and complete it with a brief mist with the mandarin essence over the top.
